1. Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing the platform you agree to these terms. If you don't accept them, do not use the service.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, or abuse other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time; refunds are pro-rated where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on notice. We retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms with or without notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
