Step 1 — Sign up + plan selection
Pick a plan and create your agency. We provision a dedicated subdomain and an admin account.

Step 2 — Data import
Send us your existing landlord, property, and tenant records. We map them to RentView and run a verification pass.

2-5 days
Step 3 — Staff + permissions
Invite your team. Each staff member gets a role (admin, property manager, agent) with scoped access.

Step 4 — Walkthrough + go-live
A 90-minute screen-share covers the full lettings cycle. After this you’re live and we’re on standby for the first month.
