Information is used to operate the platform, process payments, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering, tenancy law). We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Data sharing
Limited sharing with sub-processors essential to platform operation: payment processors (Stripe, BulletHQ), e-sign providers (HelloSign), email infrastructure (SMTP), cloud hosting. Each is contractually bound to GDPR-equivalent protections.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, contact us at our contact page.
5. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account plus seven years for tax/legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time; some records may be retained beyond deletion where law requires.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to the account holder at least 30 days before they take effect.
