Getting started
- Who is RentView for?
- Residential lettings agencies in Ireland and the UK. We support single-branch and multi-branch agencies, and the system scales from a handful of properties to several thousand.
- How long does onboarding take?
- Most agencies are live within two weeks. We migrate your existing landlord, property, and tenant records, then walk you through the lettings cycle end-to-end.
- Do I need to import my data myself?
- No — our team handles the import. Send us a CSV or database export and we map it into RentView during onboarding.
Pricing + plans
- Is there a free tier?
- Yes. The Free plan supports up to 10 active properties. Upgrade to Standard when you outgrow it.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime, in either direction. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- Are there setup fees?
- No setup fee for the Free or Standard plans. Pro plans may include bespoke onboarding which is quoted separately.
Data + security
- Where is my data stored?
- EU-region cloud infrastructure. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes — every screen with tabular data has a CSV export, and full-account exports are available on request.
- What happens to tenant PII?
- Tenant records are encrypted at rest, scoped per-agency, and never visible across agency boundaries. Tenants control their own profile and can revoke shares.
Integrations
- Which property portals do you support?
- Daft, Zoopla, RightMove, PropertyPal, NeedAProperty, and MyHome. Feed XML is generated automatically.
- Do you integrate with my accounting system?
- Two-way sync with BulletHQ is built in. Other accounting integrations are on the roadmap.
- Can I send rent statements by email?
- Yes. Statements are queued via our background-job system and delivered with retry on failure.
